热电偶制作与标定实验系统的构建

摘 要 : 根据军校本科学员的实验教学要求,热电偶的制作与标定实验是一个必修实验,这一实验的基本目的:是使学员了解热电偶温度计的测温原理;学会热电偶温度计的制作与标定方法,掌握电位差计的原理和使用方法.这一实验对于学员各种能力素质的培养非常重要,可培养学员的实际操作动手能力、实验数据分析与处理能力、误差分析能力、软件操作能力.热电偶的制作与标定实验系统的构建对于实验教学和学员各种能力素质的培养具有重要作用.本文研究了热电偶的工作原理、热电偶的制作程序、热电偶的标定方法以及利用origin软件对实验数据进行回归分析.


Abstract: According to the requirement of the experiment teaching of the military undergraduate students, fabrication and experimental thermocouple calibration is a pulsory experiment, basic purpose of this experiment is to enable students to understand the principle of temperature measurement: thermocouple thermometer; learn to make thermocouple thermometer and calibration method, grasp the potential difference principle and using method of meter. This experiment is very important to cultivate students' various abilities, can cultivate students practical hands-on ability, experimental data analysis and processing ability, analysis ability, operating ability of software error. Construction of the production and the thermocouple calibration system plays an important role in cultivating experiment teaching and student various ability and quality. This paper studies the working principle, production process and calibration method of thermocouple, and carries out regression analysis of experimental data using the origin software.
