本站原创[摘 要]目的 探讨家庭关怀对酒精所致精神障碍病人的影响.方法 用家庭关怀度指数量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、生活质量指数量表对酒精所致精神障碍病人的生活进行比较.结果 202 例病人中,家庭关怀度好者67 例（33.17%）,家庭关怀度差者135 例（66.83%）,家庭关怀度好的病人在抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分上显著低于家庭关怀度差者,而在生活质量指数量表评分上高于后者.结论 家庭支持可以提高酒精所致精神障碍病人的生活质量,减少焦虑,抑郁情绪的产生,因此,应加强酒精所致精神障碍病人家庭关怀以减少他们心理社会问题的出现,提高他们的生活质量.

Influence of family care of patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol
[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of family care of patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol.Methods Patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol were investigated with Questions of family care,SDS,SAS and QL-Index in order to pare their daily life. Results Among 202 patients,33.17 percents he good familycare and 66.83 percents in poor. The good group he significant lower score in SDS and SAS（p＜0.01）,while hehigher score in QL-Index（p＜0.05）than the poor group. Conclusion Family care can enhance the life quality of the patientswith mental disorders due to use of alcohol and decrease depression and anxiety. So we should give more care to the patientswith mental disorders due to use of alcohol.
