一、程序
下载《全日制研究生中英文出国成绩单》,方式为:研究生(web.ouc.edu./grad/)→→"办事流程"→第十二项内容,

注:请按照本人研究生教育管理系统中成绩单的课程顺序填写.课程的英文名称可在该系统"管理→课程库查询"中查询.英语免修的,请填写"免修(Exemption)",已毕业的研究生"论文成绩",请填写"通过(Pass)".
持填写完整的《全日制研究生中,英文出国成绩单》到研究生培养审核成绩(每周),
到研究生综合进行交费手续的,
持交费手续到财务处核算部交费,获得(每周二,周四下午不办收费业务),
持到研究生综合《全日制研究生中,英文出国成绩单》盖章,复印和密封.
二、收费标准
中英文成绩单收费标准为80元/套,每套六份(每份含中文英文成绩单各一张).每次至少半套(40元).如有需要,可以按半套的整数倍增加数量.

TranscriptscanbehandedintotheEducationOfficeoftheGraduateSchoolforchecksandapprovalsonMondaysandFridays.
ThebillwillbeissuedattheExecutiveOfficeoftheGraduateSchool.
PaythebillintheAccountingOfficeofFinancialDepartmentandreceivecorrespondinginvoice.(Note:thisofficedoesnotprocesspaymentsonTuesdayandThursdayafternoons)
TaketheinvoicetotheExecutiveOfficeofGraduateSchoolandheyourTranscriptsstamped,copiedandsealed.
ⅡFeeStandards
AsetofTranscriptscosts80yuan.EachsetconsistssixcopiesofTranscripts(inwhicheachcopycontainstwopagesinChineseandEnglishrespectively).
Aminimumfeeof40yuanwillbechargedforhalfasetofTranscripts(threecopies)ifyoudon'tneedapletesetofTranscripts.
Whennecessary,Transcriptscanbeissuedinunitsofhalfsets(ineverythreecopies).
