ITO纳米的制备

摘 要:利用化学共沉淀法,在InCl3和SnCl4混和溶液中添加PEG-1000,并滴加浓度为25%氨水,制备了ITO前驱体,在温度700℃锻烧3h后得到ITO纳米棒.利用SEM,XRD,TEM-EDS和傅立叶-红外光谱仪分别对ITO纳米棒的形貌和尺寸,结构等

1引言

纳米材料的性能不仅取决于其化学成分,[1-7].目前低维和准一维结构的ITO纳米颗粒,如纳米球形[8],纳米针状[9],纳米线[10]纳米棒[10-12],和纳米管[13],引起了人们的极大重视.通常制备ITO颗粒的方法有共沉淀法[8,10,12,14-15],气-液-固(VLS)法[16],,[17],喷雾燃烧法[119]和微乳法[20].特别是共沉淀法制备的产品纯度高和均一性好,粒度细成分可控Chen等[21]用聚乙二醇为表面活性剂,使用氧化沉淀法成功合成了Fe3O4纳米棒.在本研究工作中,主要是利用添加表面活性剂PEG-1000,利用化学共沉淀法制备ITO前驱体,最终获得ITO纳米棒,并进行形貌和结构等表征及其机理分析.制备的ITO纳米棒有望在用于制备纳米ITO涂料方面提高其隔热性能,有待做进一步研究.

2试验

2.1ITO纳米棒的制备

2.1.1试验试剂

按照In2O3)/m(SnO2)等于配制的溶液SnCl4溶液SnCl4溶液SnCl4·5H2O溶于一定量的蒸馏水中配制而成.取上述100ml混和溶液保持温度为0℃,加入,滴加氨水进行水解,产生白色沉淀至pH值为~,继续搅拌1h并陈化2h,用蒸馏水对沉淀物进等Philips公司TealG220型透射电子显微镜,在乙醇介质中超声分散20分钟后,在铜网碳膜上进行测定分析.样品物象和结构分析采用北科大仪器厂XD98型X射线衍射仪,CuKα辐射,波长为1.54056×10-4μm分析.FT-IR光谱由美国Nicolet傅立叶-红外(FT-IR)光谱仪(Nexus)分析测定.


3结果3.1表面形貌分析如图ITO纳米棒在煅烧温度700℃下不同时间的SEM图像ITO纳米棒平均直径约为¢0nm,长度可达3000nm,长径比可达10,且具有比较好的分散性.ITO纳米棒的形貌不变,尺寸变化不大.这是因为[22],其分子式为H-(O-CH2-CH2)n-OH,其中的桥氧原子-O-亲水,-CH2-CH2-亲油.文献[23]报道,在通常等

Abstract:Indium(III)andtin(IV)hydroxides(precursor)weresynthesizedviaaco-precipitationprocesswithadditiveofPEG-1000inawaterbath.Nanocrystallineindiumtinoxide(ITO)nanorodswereobtaineduponcalcinationattemperatureof700℃overthreehours.Themorphology,size,phasestructure,EDSandFT-IRspectrumofITOnanorodswerecharacterizedbytranissionelectronmicroscopy,X-raydiffraction,TEM-EDSandFT-IRspectrograph.TheformationmechaniofITOnanorodswasdiscussed.Theresultsshowthatthediametersoftheas-prepearedITOnanorodsareabout300nmandthelengthsreachabout3000nm,andtheratiooflengthtodiameterreachesabout10.Theas-preparedsampleswithcubestructureareuniform,welldispersedandofhighpurity.ITOnanorodskeeptheirmorphologyandlesschangesintheirdimensionasthetimeextendsduringcalcination.
