从作文中看学生的英语应用能力

两个月的实习生活很快就结束了,实习期间,我们积极听课,做笔记,虚心向指导老师学习,与他们一起探讨,吸收和借鉴他们的教学方法,丰富自己,弥补不足为走上实习的讲台做铺垫.课下认真批改作业,尤其是作文,发现写作作为高中英语教学的主要方面,体现了学生综合语言应用能力和交际能力,却由于考试分值不高,提高太慢,并未引起学生的足够重视,很多学生输入与输出不成正比,语法错误多,英语应用能力还不是很高,当然其中不乏有好的作品,值得借鉴.于是我们就太原外国语学校高一903,907班学生英语作文展开了细致的调查,并认真总结分析,具体调查结果如以下五个方面:

第一文章结构的构建.我们在批改作文时,3班的学生在构建文章结构时,大部分学生能够做到,文章结构清晰.比如,有一篇作文是写"Theadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftelevision"在写这篇作文时,3班的学生大部分能够把文章分成四段.采取总-分-总的写作模式.同时,也有同学把作文分成三段来写.但是,7班的的学生,有一部分学生会忘记分段.在这篇作文中,连接词时另一个重点.由此可见,大部分学生对文中结构的把握还是很好的.

第二,语法小错误居多.我们在批改两个班的作文时,发现学生的句子组织能力很强.不会有大的语法问题.但是,第三人称的搭配,时态的前后不一致,单复数形式不统一,该加s的地方不加,不可数名词有时却又加s,如把短语makeagrestprogress写成makegreatprogresses,拼写错误也常出现,如hurricane写成hurrican,而且这是共性问题.例如:Iaskedhimtoestrighttothepoint,becauseIambusy.在这个句子中,学生前面用了过去时,后面用了现在时,前后时态不符.应该为"Iaskedhistoestrighttothepoint,becauseIwasbusy."这种问题在学生作文中比比皆是,本来一篇很好的作文也被如此问题弄得逊色不少.

第三,遣词造句中的选词问题.我们在批改作文中发现,一些同学很喜欢选一些大词.这些词很好,但是学生在运用的时候出现了问题.比如说,说到差距,有些同学在"distance"和"gap"不知道用哪个.在这个搭配中"thegapbetweenrichandpoor"有些同学会用"distance",由此可知,学生对于词汇的具体意义还不熟悉.又如entertament本身可指"娱乐活动",学生却用entertainmentactivity来代替,反而翻了语法错误,由此可见,学生对个别词汇的意义把握还不准确.

第四,固定用法和搭配.在英语的运用中有一些时固定的用法或搭配,这时,不能单纯的用语法知识来解释.这其中包含了深厚的文化背景知识.学生在应用的时候,有时会按照中国人的思维方式去想而犯了错误.例如,在表达时间时,英语中"月·日·星期·年"或者"星期·月·日·年"都行.但是,有的同学在写作文的时候,常常会把年放在最前面,按照中国人的习惯表达来写而出错.

第五,句子结构单一,常常用简单句,且同一个句式结构一用到底,学过的从句,短语结构在作文中体现不出来,使文章单调枯燥,整体感觉不佳.而且不少同学在写作中出现"只见树木,不见森林"的现象,即学生通过查找字典,写出所要表达的意思,但文章的中心大意还是不知所云.一篇好的文章应该是词汇,语法,内容的完美结合.写是一种综合能力的训练,是对学生所学语言知识的综合运用,是一个系统工程,它应贯穿于教学活动的全过程.作为教师,必须长期坚持不懈地对学生进行训练,只有这样,才能真正提高的写作能力,从而发展他们的英语应用能力.太原师范学院本科毕业生教育实习总结

两个月的实习生活不知不觉落下了帷幕.在这段时间里,我学到了很多在大学课堂里根本学不到的东西,也体验到了很多人生中从未有过的经历.在这里,我尝到了初为人师的滋味,在这里,我坚定了为人师表的信念,在这里,我辛勤劳作,耕耘出累累硕果.

还记得第一次被班级里学生叫"老师好"的时候的那种错愕.渐渐适应,然后自如反应,点头示意.开始的一个礼拜,日渐习惯起学校的生活,仿佛重回高中校园一般.用以一种全新的角度来看待学生,以老师的身份来要求自己了,这种感觉挺奇妙.以往觉得"高高在上"的老师,突然间成了身边的"同事",作为实习老师,又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生身份的转变,是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧正确认识自己的身份:带教老师的学生,高中学生的老师.而自己的实习生涯也在这里拉开了序幕等

作为一名人民教师来说,上好课是最基本的要求.在实习前我做了比较充分的准备,但真正的中学教学对我来说还是第一次.从学生转变为老师,就需要慢慢的摸索与积累.首先,实习的第一周,我听了指导老师和其他科任老师的课.对于每次的听课,我都认真做好听课笔记,听课的重点是注意各老师讲解思路与组织学生的方法跟自己的想法的差别,以吸收老师的优点.过了一个星期,我的指导老师就开始让我上讲课了,那时候我真的很意外,那么快就让我上课了,我害怕自己做得不好.接下来的时间,我为了写教案与备课而忙了起来.对于第一次写教案的我,我真的有点不知所措,但经过了一连几个小时的奋斗,我还是把我的第一份正式教案写出来了.指导老师很认真的为我指出教案的问题,还有一些要注意的问题,这样我的第一份正式的教案终于过关了.

接下来就是讲课了,虽然上课前不断的告诉自己要镇定,要循序渐进教学,可是在上课的铃声敲响的瞬间,望着台下五十双好奇的眼睛,紧张还是不请自来.即使偷偷的深呼吸也无济于事.虽然在隔晚我已经花了不少时间备课,但根本不能按教案来讲,时间安排的不是很恰当,以致于重难点不够时间来强调,不过上课的思路还是比较清淅的.而且在第一节课还出现了一个小意外,听录音的时候带没倒好,结果出现了尴尬的场面,当时信心就下降了,也真正体会到做一名老师并不是一件容易的事.还好,在指导老师马老师的悉心指导下,我精心备课以及修改教案并进行几次试讲,虽然这期间我暴露了很多不足,但老师的亲切鼓励让我变的有信心,有热情,让我觉得如果将来从事教师这个职业我可以做的好.当然在后期的实习工作,我就能比较顺利的完成教学任务了.必然,自己的教学尚未能与老师比较,但是我已以尽力而为了,做到问心无愧了.实习期间我又从其他老师那里不仅学到了英语教学的方法与技巧,以及分享她做老师时的工作经验,还从她身上学到了什么是师德,我想这些足可以让我受益终生.除此之外,我还了解到教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者.学生是被教的主体.因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要.最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受.

在实习期间,除了教学实习,我在实习队里也尽力尽责,与队友团结合作完成该完成的任务,邸老师也同我们一起探讨调研课题,一起研究调查问卷,队友之间相互帮忙,相互听课,互相借鉴经验,虚心听取别人的意见和批评.这一方面巩固了我们之间的友谊,另一方面给我的实习工作起了很大的帮助,我从不同的队友身上学到了很多,如不同的教学风格,班主任工作技巧等等.
