广东高考读写任务中举例明与列举的区别

摘 要:本文针对当前广东高三学生无法区别英语读写任务中举例说明与列举的实际情况,笔者结合教学实践,通过介绍举例说明与列举的区别,并精选广东省模拟试题与原创试题,使考生通过分析对比训练提高写作训练的实效性.

最近,笔者在读写任务训练中,发现学生仍无法区别读写任务中的举例说明与列举.现结合广东模拟题进行分析,希望能引起广大考生的注意.

一、举例说明

[解析]要求考生描述自身或他人的经历即通过讲故事的方式加以说明.但为了防止考生用过多的文字描述自身经历,造成正文篇幅不一,一般建议考生以3-4句话简单描述即可.

[举例说明的句型]

当谈到诚信的重要性,我上次度检测发生的事就是一个很好的例子.

[实例1]以约120个词就教师影响学生的话题谈谈你的想法,内容包括:

举例说明该教师对你学习或成长的影响;(2012年广东)

二、列举

[解析]要求考生客观地阐述某一内容,如:原因、影响、措施等内容,且至少需要列举两点或三点.因此要点中要求“谈谈等的道理”、“说明等的理由”、“谈谈等的危害”等则都是要求考生客观地阐述某一内容.

[列举的过渡性的词汇]运用一些过渡性的词汇如:首先“tostatwith/tobeginwith/firstandforemost”;其次“what’ore/moreover/inaddition/additionally/besides”等,使文章层次清晰、行文连贯.

[实例2]以约120个词表达你对餐桌文化的理解,并包括如下要点:

列举你周围人们在餐桌上的不恰当行为和习惯(2013年惠州一模)
